With All-on-4 or Pro Arch, you have a provisional fixed full-arch prosthesis during the same period of surgery. Step 3 : Dental Implant Surgery

Step 4 : Fit Fixed Hybrid Dentures

IMPLANT SUPPORT OVERDENTURES DENTURES

Step 3 : 1st stage Dental Implant Placement

After your treatment plan is confirmed and preliminary are ready. Your oral surgeon places the dental implant posts. The 1st stage denture implants surgery  is normally done under local anaesthesia. Having done under local anaesthesia allows quick recovery and is an outpatient procedure. You can return home immediate after your implant posts placement. Your overdentures are then made in the dental laboratory. Over the implant posts, a bar, ball or locator abutment is fitted. Your implant prosthodontists then snaps in and adjusts your overdentures over the implant abutments.
